Best customer experience ever. Definitely a nice way to end the day, drinking a Signature drink called the Aztec Mocha and a book in hand. Such a cute place to hang out, chill music playing in the background. Very spacious to hang out with friends. Made my day, already want to go back. Big shout out to our Baristas on their customer service.
This coffee house, yes, is a welcoming home base for superior coffee and friendly staff that draws in the finest people as customers and eventually newfound friends. A relaxing and encouraging space for warm friendships, joyfull conversation, and rewarding memories. Time is well spent, and that ends too soon, and when you leave, you can't wait to return and have more of the same positive experience. The staff genuinely care and freely respond to customers and their coffee and food requests. The coffee beans are roasted in-house, as well as the menu offerings prepared in the onsite kitchen reflecting exceptional quality throughout their production efforts. It is truly an amazing company presentation reflecting the fine art of delivering magnificent coffee, delectable food, and a humanistic openness in encouraging a community of total acceptance and dignified respect. This is one cool coffee place.
Mrs. Flip Out loves Palace Coffee and since she saw another location to try, guess what we did. On this occasion, she tried the cold brew latte and enjoyed it very much. Spacious and plenty of seating for group of any size. It’s also a nice place to get some work or studying done.
What a GEM in Amarillo! We were passing through on a roadtrip on the hunt for a non chain place to stop for coffee... and THIS is where you want to go. Very friendly staff. Amazing atmosphere and great coffee. Highly recommend.
This is a nice place to hang out for business or catch up with friends and family. There is plenty of seating. They have a good pastry selection. The coffees taste amazing. The staff were all nice and accommodating. We ordered the Palace Shake and it was one of the best shakes I have ever tasted! We will be back soon.
100/10. Where to start...the baristas are absolutely *chefs kiss*. Atmosphere: 100. Coffee: from the moment we walked in the baristas were amazing. They were very friendly and cheerful. The cashier (maybe the manager?) was so sweet and patient with our questions and everyone else in line as well. She gave amazing recommendations and guided us to some unique options. We ended up getting a Dr. Pepper Cold Brew and the Prickly Pear Matcha. Both delicious! The cold brew is strong but smooth and the matcha was well balanced between flavors and sweetness. The customer service here really made the visit top notch! (we were visiting from out of town) I wish I knew the baristas names because we truly enjoyed them. Thank you!!
I come weekly to get my Aztec Mocha fix. I look forward to my visit as it provides the best atmosphere to get some work done, read a book and unwind a bit! The staff are so friendly and I feel like they genuinely want to provide the best service to everyone that steps through the doors. I know if I ever leave Amarillo, Palace will be one of the places I miss the most!
Stopped in on my way through town and I’m very glad that I did! Extremely cool location. Great vibe, spacious, great snack options, and killer coffee. Auto V60 machines and super friendly staff. Would happily come here again!
